Abbas Honored with Croes Medal for Improved Bridge Girders
The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) has awarded Hassan H. Abbas with the 2007 J. James R. Croes Medal. Abbas, assistant professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, will receive a certificate and medal during the group's annual business meeting in Orlando on Nov. 3. Read full story

Tippur Receives NSF Grant to Study Safety, Reliability of Composite Materials
