What is expected?
The skills you developed during your career will complement the information presented
in the class to develop or improve your extremely important projects. You will
be able to take your valuable work experiences and apply them using basic project
management tools used to increase efficiency. These tools will improve or reinforce
your organization, planning, scheduling and resource management skills.
The class will be even more rewarding if you identify personal improvement areas
or learning expectations in project management.
During this highly participatory class you are encouraged to share techniques
and successes developed during you work experience. Your active participation
during the class will give others the benefit of your experiences while establishing
a common base of knowledge.
