How to Receive you Course

For Online Video you will receive two (2) separate emails. Add the domain @auburn.edu to your trusted contact list to ensure you receive these emails.

The first email will be sent within the hour of purchasing an on-line course. This email will contain instructions for accessing the course. If you have not received this email within one hour of completing your purchase, please check your “spam and/or trash” folder.

The second email will be sent within one business day (excluding weekends or holidays) of your purchase. This email will include instructions for accessing your exam on-line.

Your order will be shipped from our Office within 3-5 business days.

Rush orders must be received by 1:00 pm CST to be shipped as next day delivery.
