Online Exams

Please check the contents of your package. It should contain the following:
    • Set of DVD-R(s) or CD-ROM(s)
    • Printed materials to enhance the course

If you received DVD-R format, please try them right away to make certain your DVD player will play them. On occasion, older DVD players will not handle the DVD-R format well. Most newer players do. If you are playing them on your computer, we recommend using Windows Media Player Version 9 or later. Make certain the version you have will play DVD-R(s). Sometimes, Windows Media player develops memory from a previously played DVD and will not play past a certain point on the next DVD. If this happens, reboot your computer and try again.

  • If you are updating your computer DVD player or buying a new home unit, take one of the DVD-R(s) with you and test it on the unit before purchasing. Also make sure the package indicates the unit will play DVD-R format discs.
  • If you continue to have problems, contact us at EPDhelp@eng.auburn.edu. This is the quickest way to receive assistance. Be sure to provide the name and number of the course, your address and phone number.

All exams and other printed materials are now online.

Instructions for accessing your online materials:

  1. In the confirmation email from your online order, you received a unique Student ID number. Retain this number as it will be a part of your initial username and password.
  2. Go to http://blackboard.auburn.edu
  3. Select "Open Blackboard at Auburn University," NOT "AU Access Blackboard"
  4. Select "Log In", NOT "Create Account." Your account has already been created.
  5. Your initial username and password are "ECE_(last 5 digits of your Student ID #)". Example: ECE_22360
  6. At the prompt you will need to change your password and re-log in with the new password.
  7. Once you have logged into the Blackboard system, you will be able to view your courses.
  8. Read the "Instructions for Receiving CEU Credit as an Individual" file on the course homepage. (Copy also included in your package)
