Place Order - Returning Customer

• Go to http://www.eng.auburn.edu/distance-learning/ce/distance/index.html  to view courses currently available by Subject Category.
• Choose the course you wish to purchase.
• Click Course Description/Close button
  
• Click Order Now
  
• Do not remember your ID Number?  Select "Can't Remember Your Student ID Number" and enter your email address. If your correct email address is on file, you will be emailed your Student ID Number. Once you have received it, you may then continue with the ordering process. If your correct email is not on file, call 800-446-0382.

  • Have your credit card information ready before proceeding to payment (exact name on the card, number, expiration date, security code from back of card). This is a secure and timed site and will allow only one payment attempt. If time does expire or if your payment fails, please call 1-800-446-0382 to provide the necessary credit card information needed to complete your order. Failure to pay within five (5) business days will be designated an incomplete order and result in cancellation. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
• RETAIN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. It contains your Student ID Number that is required to take your exam online.
• For Online Video you will receive two (2) separate emails. Add the domain @auburn.edu to your trusted contact list to ensure you receive these emails.
  1. The first email will be sent within the hour of purchasing an on-line course. This email will contain instructions for accessing the course. If you have not received this email within one hour of completing your purchase, please check your “spam and/or trash” folder.
  2. The second email will be sent within one business day (excluding weekends or holidays) of your purchase.  This email will include instructions for accessing your exam on-line.
• For DVD/CD orders - Your order will be shipped from our Office within 3-5 business days.  Rush orders must be received by 1:00 pm CST in order for it to be shipped as next day delivery.
