Job Preparation Steps

It is never too early to start thinking about engineering employment - both during your college experience and following graduation. Each academic year, there are things you can do to prepare for your job search. The more opportunities you take advantage of, the more informed you will be when it comes time to create a resume, write cover letters, interview for jobs and select the career that best fits your individual interests. Remember when you begin your education at the College of Engineering, it's important to take proactive steps to ensure your future beyond Auburn. The first step is to visit Merrette Ische during your freshman or sophomore year, and she will work with you to develop your resume and career path.

Throughout each stage of your education, the Engineering Career Connection is available to assist you and answer questions from the student phase to your career after Auburn.
