College of Engineering / Career Development and Corporate Relations / Co-op Program
Co-op Program
The cooperative education program (co-op) offers real engineering work experience where you'll be exposed to the everyday challenges and solutions an employee faces in the field. A co-op is a paid position that allows you to alternate semesters between full-time work and full-time academic study.
You'll use your knowledge from the classroom for real world application, gain experience with a team of professionals, and begin to develop your professional network. In some, but not all cases, co-ops are offered full-time employment with the organization upon graduation.
