Type / Fonts

The Type/font styles default to the settings in the cascading style sheets (CSS). 

The fonts for Web pages are listed below:

  • Font Family/Type - Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif
  • Font sizes: (default size of browser)
    • Headings - 160% default size
    • Subheadings -  140% default size
    • Body Copy - 80% default size of browser
    • Table Body -- same as body copy
    • Footnote - (65% default size)
    • Captions - (70% default size; bold; italics)
