After 27 years of service in the U.S. Army, Visker retired and assumed duties as deputy commander of the Defense Distribution Center in 2006. He holds a bachelor's degree in banking and finance from Siena College, a master's degree in systems management from the University of Southern California and a master's degree in strategy from the U.S. Army War College. His awards and decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary and Support Medals, Korean Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, National Defense Medal and the Parachutist Badge.

Visker's discussion will include a high-level overview of the Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Distribution Center and Defense Distribution Depot Susquehanna. He will also provide a photo tour through operations and initiatives, as well as a process video and discussion of current challenges.
