Biography

Li has a bachelor's degree from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, as well as a master's degree and a doctorate from the University of Mississippi. He has been at Troy since 2005, where his research interests lie in supply chain modeling.

Abstract

Supply Chain Configuration and Optimization
The design of a supply chain network as an integrated system with several tiers of suppliers is a difficult task. It consists of making strategic decisions on the facility location, stocking location, production policy, production capacity, distribution and transportation modes.
