Professor Carlowitz (sp) in an AC Circuits class filled the blackboards across the front and side of the room with polar to Cartesian and back to polar calculations while solving a transmission line problem. At the back edge of the board he completed the solution and turned around and tossed the chalk into the air and as he caught it, he said "just remember one thing boys, it is all E=IR".
