General scholarships are not restricted according to major, but may be restricted according to state or county of residency, as well as financial need. They are awarded by the College of Engineering's Scholarship Committee. Students are notified in early February and March.
How do I apply for these scholarships?
In order to be considered, entering freshman must be accepted to Auburn University
by December 1st of their senior year of high school and paid application fee and
admission deposit as well as any other applicable fees. One's acceptance to Auburn
serves as their scholarship application. No other application is required.

a scholarship.)
