Gifts-In-Kind

A Gift-In-Kind is a contribution of equipment, supplies, or other property in lieu of money or a donation other than cash. 

If you are working with a donor to receive any of the items above, please contact Allyson Dozier in the Engineering Development Office prior to accepting the donation.  She will work with you to file all necessary forms and to make sure all documentation is received. 

• The Gift-In-Kind Checklist MUST be followed when accepting a donation. 
• A Gift-In-Kind Form MUST be filled out in order for the College to accept any gift-in-kind and for the donor to receive proper tax credit.  This form MUST accompany all of the required documentation for the gift as outlined in the Gift-In-Kind Checklist.
