ACMSE 2008 Presenter Information
All presentations will be made according to the schedule and program posted on the conference web site:
Presenters should observe the following paper category time limits when preparing materials and making presentations.
- Regular Paper - 25 minutes
- Student Paper - 25 minutes
- Work in Progress - 15 minutes
We encourage presenters in all paper categories to leave 5 minutes at the end of their alloted time to take questions from the audience.
Each meeting room will be equipped with an LCD projector. We anticipate that most presenters will bring their own laptops for their presentation. However, a computer running Windows XP with Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 will be available in each meeting room.
Posters will be presented in parallel during the Friday 5:00PM - 6:30PM session. Conference attendees will be able to walk from poster to poster and engage the presenter in dialog. This is a more informal format than a paper presentation and there is no inherent time limit. One easel will be provided for each accepted poster.
