A candidate receives the M.S. degree by successfully completing a set of courses approved by the advisory committee, carrying out a research on a chosen topic, and passing the final examination (thesis defense).
The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an institution of recognized standing. All applicants must submit GRE (Graduate Record Examination) scores for the General Test (and TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores in case of international applicants).
