This module presents a review of convection heat transfer principles.  Topics covered include external forced convection, internal forced convection, and natural convection.  The interdependence between fluid mechanics and convective heat transfer is emphasized.  Dimensionless parameters are reviewed.  A companion course reviews principles of conduction and radiation.
