Bruce Lacina and Wilson Harvie, both of leading geosynthetics provider TenCate Geosynthetics, will present “Geosynthetics Overview of Applications and a New Material: GeoDetect” on Thursday, Feb. 9, at 6 p.m. in Harbert H111. They will speak on applications of geosynthetics in civil engineering, as well as an overview of the material GeoDetect. TenCate develops and produces synthetic fabrics, non-wovens and grids for infrastructure and civil engineering in North America, Europe and Asia.
